With this knowledge, Nicole personally interviews and pre-screens each and every candidate who applies with AHH. Furthermore, Nicole is extremely sensitive to family needs and is VERY selective in the acceptance process of the nannies who post applications with the agency.

AHH-PNA works with nannies and child care providers who have worked for two or more years as a nanny, teacher, pre-school teacher or in some other child-related capacity. The entire focus of the agency is to help families find the best care for their children. AHH-PNA candidates must display a true passion for children and have an extensive knowledge of important child safety related issues. AHH-PNA has developed a comprehensive system for interviewing candidates, checking references, and performing extensive background checks through US Information Search on EVERY candidate who submits an application to AHH-PNA.

Every nanny gets up to date First Aid and CPR certifications either before or within 30 days of accepting a position with a hiring family.

AHH-PNA AGENCY REFERRAL FEE - $200.00:

Upon requesting and accepting the resources and assistance of AHH-PNA to aid in the nanny / child care provider search, a non-refundable one time $200.00 agency referral fee will be due before any referrals and or interviews with prospective nanny / child care providers will take place, and before the hiring family will have access to the nanny / child care provider data base provided on AHH-PNA’s website. The one time agency referral fee is valid for one year / 360 days from the date listed on the family agreement, after one year from the initial signing date, a new agency referral fee will be charged and again be valid for one year / 360 days for further nanny / child care placement services that are requested of AHH-PNA.

AHH-PNA PLACEMENT FEES:

· $800.00 for assistance in hiring a full time (30 or more hours per week) or part time (less than 30 hours per week) permanent placement nanny / child care provider (service needed exceeds 3 months)

· $300.00 for assistance with hiring a temporary placement nanny / child care provider (service needed is for more than 6 weeks but less than 3 months)

· $100.00 for assistance with hiring a mother’s helper for a time period of 6 weeks or less.

AHH-PNA CREDITS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

If the hiring family decides in good faith to terminate the employment relationship with the nanny / child care provider for any reason what so ever, AHH-PNA agrees to credit the following amounts specified during the following time periods – THE CREDIT MAY ONLY BE USED TOWARDS A NEW AGENCY PLACEMENT FEE CHARGED BY AHH-PNA:

30 – 60 days – 100% of agency placement fee
61 – 90 days – 75% of agency placement fee
91 – 180 days – 50% of agency placement fee
181 – 360 days – 25% of agency placement fee
after 360 days no further credits will be given
